A block quote — the Markdown everybody already writes.
> A plain quote.
A quote holds one run of words, not a stack of blocks. A hand-written quote of two paragraphs is read as one quote whose paragraphs are joined by a break: the division was the author's, so it is kept as a break rather than flowed away.
A quote whose first line opens with [!TYPE] is a callout, not a
quote — that marker is the only thing that tells them apart.
A trailing <!--sb align="…"--> inside a quote is kept verbatim and draws
nothing; alignment is read on headings, paragraphs and buttons only. Empty
paragraphs inside a quote body are out of scope in this version.
