HTML scripts run, and editing waits

Scripts in an HTML file run — plainly, in the sandboxed frame, no per-file gates. One settings key turns execution off for people who want a quiet viewer; settings are documents, so the key lives in a settings file, default run.
Viewing stays the whole story: the product never edits HTML. If a light
editor ever comes (in-place text via the browser's own designMode, resize
handles via a library such as Moveable or interact.js), it arrives as its
own decision — because saving a DOM back to disk rewrites the author's
formatting, and that trade must be accepted knowingly, never slipped in.
