A paragraph whose whole content is one link, marked as something to press.
[Get started](/start.md)<!--sb button="primary"-->
The paragraph stays a paragraph and the link stays a link; the comment says
only how it is drawn. Two variants, primary and secondary, and no third —
a quiet button is a link, and this product already draws links.
An unrecognised variant is not a button: the paragraph stays what it was
and the comment keeps its bytes, exactly as an unreadable image width does.
align (left | center | right) may ride the same comment. A link
carrying both button and include is neither: the format expresses no
paragraph that is both, and neither is guessed.
A link whose label is its own address is a bookmark until it
carries button, at which point it is a button — the author stated it.
Fallback: a working link carrying the author's own words.
