Light HTML editing — designMode plus Moveable

The light editor promised by HTML scripts run, and editing waits is decided the same day: it will exist, and it is two small pieces over the author's real document, not a page builder.
- Text is edited in place with the browser's own
designMode— no dependency at all. - Arrangement — resize and move — uses Moveable (MIT) for its Figma-like handles. It is the default and likely only arrangement layer; interact.js was considered as a leaner alternative and stands as the fallback if Moveable proves heavy, not as a shipped option.
- Saving is honest. Writing the DOM back rewrites the file's source formatting — attribute order, whitespace, entities. The editor says so plainly before the first save into a file the product did not create.
Viewing stays the default; the edit mode is entered deliberately. GrapesJS, Puck and VvvebJs were rejected: each pulls a builder's whole ideology to move an element and fix a sentence.
