An ordinary Markdown link, with the hover text Markdown already has.
See [the roadmap](/product/roadmap.md "Q4 plan").
A link is inline content, so its block is whatever holds it — a paragraph, a heading, a list item, a table cell.
The title is read, kept and written back, whoever wrote it. It is often the only place a note's context lives, and a save that dropped it would delete something no screen was showing.
A bundle-absolute link to a .md file is rewritten when its target moves, like
every other body link. That rewrite is why the marked-link forms —
include and button — beat a directive whose src
would go stale.
A titled link is never promoted. The three constructs that read a paragraph of one link — button, include and bookmark — have nowhere to keep a title, so a titled link is an ordinary paragraph and no near-miss is guessed into one.
