An ordinary Markdown image: the caption is the title, the rest rides the trailing comment.
<!--sb width="480" align="center"-->
width is whole CSS pixels in the spelling the product writes — 480, and a
fraction such as 24.5 where an edge was dragged there. align is left,
center or right. An image with neither attribute carries no comment at
all, and gains none by being opened and saved.
The comment is all or nothing. 900px, 0, -4, 0480, 1e3, an empty
value or a stray space is a value this version cannot read, so the whole
comment is somebody else's HTML: it keeps its bytes and the picture is drawn
plain. That costs the align standing beside it, and the alternative — writing
back only the keys this build knows — deleted the rest of a person's line.
A picture inside a sentence is inline content, not this block, and carries no attributes.
